* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Western Coshocton County in east central Ohio... Southwestern Guernsey County in east central Ohio... Muskingum County in east central Ohio... West Central Noble County in east central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 849 PM EDT, the heaviest rain has exited the warned area, but flooding is ongoing. Between 1.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Zanesville, New Concord, South Zanesville, North Zanesville, Dresden, Frazeysburg, Philo, Warsaw, Pleasant Grove, Cumberland, Conesville, Fultonham, Nellie, Norwich, Drake, Bridgeville, Duncan Falls, Chandlersville and Otsego. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
