* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Fairfield County in central Ohio... East Central Franklin County in central Ohio... Southwestern Licking County in central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 224 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Reynoldsburg, Gahanna, Pataskala, Summit Station, Beechwood Trails, Etna and Kirkersville.
