* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Fairfield County in central Ohio... South Central Licking County in central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 608 PM EDT, Emergency management and law enforcement have reported flooding in the warned area due to ongoing overland and river flooding. Flooding will continue through the overnight hours into Friday morning. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Buckeye Lake, Hebron, Millersport, Fairfield Beach, Harbor Hills, Etna, and Kirkersville. This includes Interstate 70 at State Routes 158, 37, 79, and 13.
