* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Fairfield County in central Ohio... Southeastern Licking County in central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 300 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 904 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Newark, Heath, Granville, Buckeye Lake, Hebron, Hanover, Marne, Harbor Hills, Thornport, Granville South, Gratiot, Interstate 70 at State Route 13, Brownsville and Toboso.
