* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Greene County in west central Ohio... Southern Montgomery County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 645 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 354 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Trotwood, Miamisburg, Springboro, Bellbrook, Moraine, Carlisle, Oakwood, West Carrollton, Riverside, Germantown, New Lebanon, Farmersville, Spring Valley, Centerville, Woodbourne-Hyde Park and Drexel.
