...The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers... South Fork Licking River near Hebron. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...South Fork Licking River near Hebron. * WHEN...From this evening to Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Backwater flooding begins near the Greenbriar Village Mobile Home Park, with water approaching the yards behind homes along Greenbriar Lane East. Water also covers much of Ridgely Tract Road between Route 79 and the South Fork, covering yards and surrounding two homes in this area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 9:15 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 11.4 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.6 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning. Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
