...The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers... South Fork Licking River near Hebron. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...South Fork Licking River near Hebron. * WHEN...From this afternoon to late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Minor flooding along Ridgely Tract Road occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 12:15 PM EDT Monday the stage was 10.9 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
