* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...West Central Monroe County in east central Ohio... Southeastern Muskingum County in east central Ohio... Noble County in east central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 635 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Duck Creek at Macksburg was at 13.7 feet. Flood stage is 13 feet. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Caldwell, Dudley, Belle Valley, Sarahsville, Dexter City, Harriettsville and Wolf Run State Park. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
