* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southern Monroe County in east central Ohio... Southern Noble County in east central Ohio... Western Wetzel County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 631 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dudley, Sardis, Dexter City, Fly, Antioch, Stafford, Graysville, Harriettsville, Rinard Mills and Hannibal. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
