* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... Perry County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding from New Lexington to Crooksville. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 812 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... New Lexington, Somerset, Perry State Forest, Crooksville, Thornville, Junction City and Glenford. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
