Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... East Central Perry County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1045 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 549 AM EDT, emergency management reported multiple road closures in the warned area due to heavy rain from thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include... McConnelsville, Malta, Bristol, Eagleport and Hackney. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
