Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... Perry County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 109 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. Some locations that will experience flooding include... New Lexington, McConnelsville, Somerset, Beverly, Perry State Forest, Crooksville, Junction City, Malta, Corning, Lowell, Stockport, Bristol, Rendville, Eagleport and Hackney. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
