* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Muskingum County in east central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 243 AM EDT, doppler radar indicates thunderstorms produced between 2 and 5 inches in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, with multiple roads still closed in Roseville. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Zanesville, South Zanesville, Philo, Fultonham, Cannelville, Duncan Falls, East Fultonham, Ruraldale, Chandlersville and Blue Rock State Park. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
