* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...Southwestern Muskingum County in east central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1045 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fultonham, East Fultonham and Cannelville. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
