* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Perry County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 403 PM EDT, emergency management reports streams and creeks out of their banks in the warned area due to previous heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing. Some locations that will experience flooding include... New Lexington, Somerset, Perry State Forest, Crooksville, Thornville, Junction City and Glenford. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
