* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northwestern Perry County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 330 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Jonathan Creek is likely out of its banks and flooding adjacent roads and low-lying locations between Thornville and Yost. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 854 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 3 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen from the thunderstorms that moved across the area last night.
