...The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers... Great Miami River at Sidney. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov/iln. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Great Miami River at Sidney. * WHEN...From late tonight to Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, The river approaches the bank on the west side of Custenborder Field. At stages above 10 feet, city officials begin flood operations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 7:30 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 6.9 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 10.3 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning. Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
