* WHAT...Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 500 PM EDT, emergency management reported that prior heavy rain in the warned area has resulted in lingering high water, including across some roadways. Flooding is ongoing in some locations. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen earlier this afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inch are possible in the warned area through this evening.
