Northeastern Pleasants County in northwestern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 829 PM EDT, emergency management reported lingering high water in some locations from prior heavy rainfall earlier today. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
