Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

At 556 PM CDT, Heavy rainfall that produced significant flash flooding earlier has ended, but runoff will continue present a threat of flooding. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
