Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
At 602 PM CDT, Heavy rainfall that produced significant flash flooding earlier has ended, but runoff will continue to present a threat of flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
