* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Blair County in central Pennsylvania... Central Cambria County in central Pennsylvania... Centre County in central Pennsylvania... Northeastern Clearfield County in central Pennsylvania... Northern Huntingdon County in central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has moved east of the area. However, streams continue to rise and sporadic flooding is ongoing across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to half an inch are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
