* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Blair County in central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Centre County in central Pennsylvania... Northwestern Huntingdon County in central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 333 PM EDT, Emergency management reported flooded roadways earlier in some areas, and lingering water issues could persist through the late afternoon. Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tyrone, Bellwood, Tipton, Spruce Creek, Birmingham, Sinking Valley, Franklinville, Petersburg, Alexandria and Delgrosso's Amusement Park. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
