...The National Weather Service in State College has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Pennsylvania... Little Juniata River at Spruce Creek affecting Blair and Huntingdon Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Juniata River at Spruce Creek. * WHEN...Until Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, The left, or north bank overflows, affecting several homes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 5:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 6.8 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 8.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. Flood stage is 8.0 feet. Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 8.2 feet on 05/31/1953. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
