* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Northern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 115 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 907 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Norristown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Coatesville, Downingtown, Hatboro, Ambler, Collegeville, Royersford and Parkesburg. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
