* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northeastern Cambria County in central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Clearfield County in central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations continues early this evening. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 517 PM EDT, emergency management reported continued flooding across parts of the area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen, although little additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Blandburg, Prince Gallitzin State Park, Irvona, Coalport, Westover, Burnside, Glen Hope, Newburg and New Washington. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
