* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...East Central Centre County in central Pennsylvania... Union County in central Pennsylvania... Southeastern Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Lycoming County in north central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 116 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in Mifflinburg due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mifflinburg, Carroll, Woodward, Lamar, Aaronsburg, Rebersburg, Vicksburg, R.B.
