* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Centre County in central Pennsylvania... Central Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Lycoming County in north central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1225 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lock Haven, Jersey Shore, Mill Hall, Avis, Dunnstown, Flemington, Renovo, Castanea, Blanchard, McElhattan, South Renovo, Monument, Glen Union, Mackeyville, Waterville, Hyner, Bald Eagle State Park, Beech Creek, Salladasburg and Orviston. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
