* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...Central Columbia County in central Pennsylvania... East Central Montour County in central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 215 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water to work through local drainage systems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1111 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bloomsburg, Berwick, Mifflinville, Lightstreet, Almedia, Fernville, Buckhorn, Jerseytown, Rupert, Rohrsburg, Iola, Mainville, Eyers Grove, Jonestown, Espy, Millville, Lime Ridge, Briar Creek, Orangeville and Stillwater. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
