* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Dauphin County in south central Pennsylvania... Northern Lancaster County in south central Pennsylvania... Lebanon County in south central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1112 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain has fallen. Additional brief downpours remain possible overnight, but the heaviest rain has ended. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lancaster, Harrisburg, Lebanon, Hershey, Ephrata, Colonial Park, Progress, Lititz, Willow Street, Palmyra, Linglestown, Steelton, New Holland, Manheim, Annville, Hummelstown and East Petersburg. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
