Bald Eagle Creek near Beech Creek Station affecting Clinton and Centre Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Penns Creek near Penns Creek. * WHEN...Until this afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, The left, or north bank overflows downstream of the Route 104 bridge. Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. Forecast...The creek is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 8.7 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this morning.
