Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 355 AM AST, gauge reports indicated Rio Guayanes is in moderate flood stage. The latest report indicates 22.43 ft. Water likely passing over a low level bridge.
