...The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas... Neches River Near Diboll affecting Trinity, Angelina and Polk Counties. For the Neches River...including Diboll...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neches River near Diboll. * WHEN...From late tonight to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs. Expect flooded boat ramps and trails. At 14.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding of boat ramps, paths, and trails. Move livestock and equipment to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 2:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 1.8 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 14.7 feet early Friday morning.
