...The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas... Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier affecting Hardin, Jefferson, Orange and Jasper Counties. For the Neches River...including Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River Saltwater Barrier...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier. * WHEN...From this evening to Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of Four Oaks Ranch Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 9:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 4.0 feet. Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:15 PM CDT Friday was 4.0 feet. Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Sunday morning and continue falling to 3.9 feet Wednesday evening. Flood stage is 4.0 feet. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
