* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Hardin County in southeastern Texas... Northwestern Jefferson County in southeastern Texas... * WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 428 PM CDT, Gauge reports and emergency management are reporting flooding continuing. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Flood water are moving down Village Creek, Little Pine Island Bayou and Pine Island Bayou. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lumberton, Silsbee, Kountze, Sour Lake, Saratoga, Wildwood, Thicket, Bevil Oaks, Honey Island, Village Mills, Batson and Votaw. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
