* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Liberty County in southeastern Texas... * WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 106 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 6 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Moss Hill. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
