* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Liberty County in southeastern Texas... Southeastern Polk County in southeastern Texas... Southeastern San Jacinto County in southeastern Texas... * WHEN...Until 445 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1239 PM CDT, between 3.5 and 16.5 inches of rain have fallen over the last 48 hours. Another 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is possible over the next few hours. If heavy rain moves back into this region, a Flash Flood Warning will likely be issued. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cleveland, Shepherd, Goodrich, Romayor, Rye, Tarkington Prairie, Moss Hill and Segno. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
