The City of Colonial Heights in central Virginia... West Central Charles City County in east central Virginia... Northwestern Prince George County in south central Virginia... The City of Hopewell in south central Virginia... The Northwestern City of Petersburg in south central Virginia... * WHEN...Until 345 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 841 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding across Hopewell. Flooding is already occurring. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
