...The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Wisconsin... Kickapoo River at La Farge affecting Richland and Vernon Counties. Kickapoo River at Viola affecting Richland and Vernon Counties. Kickapoo River at Readstown affecting Vernon County. .Up to 4 inches of rain fell near Ontario Wisconsin overnight. This rain routing downstream, combined with the additional precipitation of around 1 inch will lead to minor flooding along the Kickapoo over the next 24 hours.
