...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in West Virginia... Tygart Valley River At Philippi affecting Barbour County. For the Tygart Valley River...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Tygart Valley River at Philippi. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, The intersection of US Route 119 and Truck Route 250 is flooded. Also, Sycamore Street and Beech Avenue are flooded. At 21.0 feet, Chestnut and McCartney Streets flood. Vietnam Veterans Park is flooded just upstream from the covered bridge. At 22.0 feet, North High and Woods Streets are flooded. Stevens and North Walnut Streets are flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 9:23 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 22.2 feet.
