For the Tygart Valley River...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Tygart Valley River at Belington. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning to late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Some basements begin to flood due to sewers backing up. At 14.0 feet, Intersection of Talbott Road and Wasbash Road flood. At 15.0 feet, Small bridge on Willow Street floods due to backwater into Mill Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 10:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 9.7 feet. Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
