* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Berkeley County in the panhandle of West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 750 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that 3 to 5 inches of rain fell across much of the warned area. Streams continue to rise and their have been several reports of roads closed with vehicles stranded in high water from the Berkeley County 911 Center. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Martinsburg, Winebrenners Cross and Arden. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
