At 524 AM EDT, Flooding remains across most of the warned area. Earlier rapid rises on many streams and creeks are beginning to slowly recede, but will remain high with areas of flooding through the morning. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.
