Southwestern Fayette County in southeastern West Virginia... Central Raleigh County in southeastern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 930 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1227 PM EDT, emergency management reported multiple road closures due to heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Beckley, Mabscott, Sophia, Dry Creek, Prosperity, Bradley, Crab Orchard, Macarthur, Stanaford, Coal City, Beaver, Daniels, Shady Spring, Van, Whitesville, Lester, Sylvester, Arnett, Artie and Glen Daniel. This includes the following highways... Route 19 near mile marker 1. Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 120 and 128.
