Central Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia... Central Lewis County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 715 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 320 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1 to 2 inches of rain had fallen. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rock Cave, Burnsville, Sand Fork, Walkersville, Ireland, Sand Run, French Creek, Alton, Alexander, Tallmansville, Stouts Mills and Baldwin. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
