What the bulletin says to do
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Roane County in central West Virginia... South Central Calhoun County in north central West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1127 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Amma, Looneyville, Left Hand, Tariff and Walton. This includes Interstate 79 between mile markers 23 and 33. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
