At 342 AM EDT, The heaviest rain has ended, but light to moderate rain continues. A few localized instances of brief heavy rain is also likely through the morning. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are possible in the warned area. Beckley, Oak Hill, Mount Hope, Mabscott, Bradley, Prosperity, Dry Creek, Piney View, Stanaford, Pax, Artie, Glen Daniel, Arnett, Bolt and Dorothy. This includes the following highways...
