* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Fayette County in southeastern West Virginia... Northeastern Raleigh County in southeastern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 1015 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Water will continue to work its way down the drainages with continuing high water impacts. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 110 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain had fallen in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Babcock State Park, Mount Hope, Piney View, Stanaford, Bradley, Prosperity, Meadow Bridge, Pax and Artie. This includes the following highways... Route 19 between mile markers 1 and 7...and near mile marker 25. Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 127 and 137.
