At 345 AM EDT, Earlier heavy rain has ended, but light to moderate rain continues, therefore the Flash Flood Warning is being replaced with an Areal Flood Warning through the rest of the morning. Island Creek has now dropped below flood stage and continues to fall, but ongoing flooding is still possible around the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
