* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Central Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of Mill Creek and it's tributaries is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 842 AM EDT, The automated gauge on the Tygart River at Mill Creek indicated the river was cresting just over flood stage of 11 feet. At this stage, County Route 39 is flooded approximately 225 feet from the bridge heading out of town. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mill Creek and Huttonsville. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
